Hold Me Tight® Refresher Sessions
Next Refresher Session: Tuesday, April 8th
Refresher sessions will be held on the second Tuesday of every month from 5:30pm to 7pm EST.
Join us and connect with others who have taken the Hold Me Tight® workshop. You'll receive additional support to make room for softer feelings and needs without going into criticism or avoidance patterns. Come share how you are navigating using the EFT tools of interrupting negative cycles and regaining connection that gets lost.
Refresher sessions will include group discussions and activities or conversation exercises tailored as needed for those who have already attended the workshop.
We will send you a zoom link and any handouts for the session 1-2 days prior to the start of the refresher session.
Please note: Cancellations less than 4 days before the refresher session (after 5:30pm on the preceding Friday) are non-refundable. Cancellations before then will incur a $10 processing fee. This fee will be waived if the refresher session fee is used toward a future registration.
