Hold Me Tight® Mini Sessions
These sessions are for both couples who are new to EFT or Hold Me Tight® and couples who have taken the Hold Me Tight® Workshop.
We will support you and your partner to make room for softer feelings and needs without going into criticism or avoidance patterns. We will help you learn the basics tools and concepts needed to have a Hold Me Tight® conversation and provide guidance to have a Hold Me Tight® conversation in the privacy of a personal breakout room during the session.
