This online version of the Hold Me Tight workshop is based on research by Dr. Susan Johnson, who developed Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help couples enhance their relationship.
The workshop helps couples gain a new understanding of one another and develop new patterns of communication. There are guided couple exercises with personalized one-on-one support from an EFT therapist, video clips, group information and discussion of key concepts.
EFT has been validated by numerous studies showing consistently positive outcomes with 90% reporting significant improvements in their relationship.

Please note: Please text or call us for any registrations within 24-hours of the start of the workshop. Couples will receive the Zoom link and get access to the workshop materials the night before the workshop. The workshop will be conducted using a HIPAA compliant, telehealth Zoom account.

Cancellations with at least 1 week notice are refunded, minus a $100 registration fee. Cancellations less than 1 week before the workshop are non-refundable.
